- Payment for Land: This is the cost of the land and it can be done in full or monthly installment.
- Collection of Receipt and Contract of Sales Documents: Both documents will be handed over to you on full payment for the land cost. While receipts are issued on every installment done.
- Payment of Survey Plan, Deed of Assignments and development Levy: After paying for land, you’re required to pay for your survey and deed of assignment which will be remitted to the state government and lawyer respectively. The development levy covers the infrastructural development on the estate: drainage system;
Perimeter fencing and lots more.
- Physical Allocation: The real estate development company will issue a letter of Allocation to the client while a physical Allocation is done.
- Issuance of Deed and Survey Plan: With those two additional documents, you can be fully congratulated as a land owner 😄🥳🏠👷🏽♀️👷🏾♂️.
